The Young and the Restless Spoilers, July 3: Victoria fears for Cole's health

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, July 3 have Victoria fearing for Cole's health and also receiving some unexpected news, Chelsea spots a con job, and the walls close in on Mariah!

Cole's (J. Eddie Peck) diagnosis of Legionnaire's disease has left Victoria (Amelia Heinle) very fearful. She's very concerned about her ex-husband's condition. On Thursday's show, watch for her to receive some unexpected news. If she was fearing the worst, then the unexpected news could be a turn for the better. If she was hoping he'd be up and around soon, then the news might not be so good.

Con job

Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is a veteran con artist. She knows how to pull something over on someone so well that they don't even know what's going on until it's too late. On Thursday's show, watch for Chelsea to spot on a con. What will she do with this information? She could either keep it to herself or work the knowledge to her advantage. Right now, Chelsea's main goal is to keep Adam (Mark Grossman) from walking down a dark path. If Chelsea can, she might use the information on the con she's going to discover to her advantage!

Mariah's predicament

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) has been in agony for weeks because of what happened while she was away on a trip. She told Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) that she'd have to leave her because what she'd done was so bad. We're fairly certain that it's not infidelity that has Mariah in such turmoil. If it were that, she and Tessa could probably move forward as they have in the past.

Whatever Mariah did, it involves the mystery man (played by Michael Swan, best known as Duncan on As the World Turns) whom we've seen in Mariah's black and white flashbacks. Mariah may have felt she was doing the right thing by walking away from Tessa. However, Mariah may find herself very vulnerable if she's alone. That could make her situation even worse — especially if the mystery man comes to Genoa City to see her!
