On the Wednesday, December 10th episode of The Young and the Restless, Sienna arrived in Genoa City with Noah, Nikki demanded answers, and the Abbott Communications launch party got underway, while Victor received surprising information.
What happened on The Young and the Restless

It's officially time for the Abbott Communications launch party, and Billy and Sally are putting the finishing touches on the long-awaited event. There was a guest list in place, so they instructed their team not to let anyone in who wasn't on it. Billy wanted everyone to know that Sally was the boss, and he was happy to be second in command. She wanted to ensure that Billy was still comfortable with her at the helm, and he assured her that he was. Sally was more disciplined than Billy, and she could lead the company to the success it desired.
Sally's resume wasn't as strong as those of other CEO candidates, but that didn't deter Billy's decision. With Sally in charge, they were less likely to be targeted by anyone wishing for their downfall. Audra joined them, promising to root for them and cheer them on from the sidelines. Audra presented Sally with a gift to celebrate the special occasion. It was a travel book, which confused Sally. It was about a Greek island ruled by women, a place that would never judge her.
Sally said that she was sorry for leaving Audra out of the company, but Audra asked her not to worry about it on the night of the launch party. She promised to find a way to bring Audra on board once the company was finally up and running. Audra didn't want her involvement to taint the relationship with the investor. She suspected the investor was a woman, but Sally neither confirmed nor denied it.
Jack and Kyle spoke upstairs, and Jack complimented his son on how he handled the defense strategy against Victor's impending attack. Jack was grateful his father wasn't alive to see the lengths they went through to stop the attack on Jabot. He recalled how, when John founded the company, "a man's word was worth something." They expected Victor to make his move soon, but they were forced to wait. Jack didn't think the wait would be long and assumed that the attack was "imminent."
Jack asked Kyle why Claire was in such an enraged state, and all roads led back to Audra. Jack recalled how Audra caused the initial rift in their relationship, and he wished she'd learn from the past and finally stay away. Kyle lost Claire's trust by playing mind games with Audra. He had nobody to blame but himself for the failed state of his relationship. He was, however, hopeful of a way to earn it back, and Audra was the key to doing so.
Jack and Kyle joined the ladies downstairs, but Audra quickly took off. Audra declined an invitation to the launch, but Kyle insisted. Audra blasted Kyle for taking a shot at her. He declared that making negative comments at her wasn't worth his energy. However, Audra said that Kyle was desperate to get Claire back and that it was only a matter of time before he embarrassed himself again. Audra was excited to hear how the launch party would go, which prompted Sally to encourage her friend to reconsider.
Jack encouraged Billy and Sally to keep a close eye on Victor, but Sally believed they were less of a target than other companies. Sally left to take a call, and Jack praised his brother for making significant changes and handing the reins over to Sally. Jack revealed that Jabot put safeguards in place that could potentially expose Victor as the attacker, so he could be brought to justice.
At the Newman ranch, Claire and Nikki welcomed Victor back to Los Angeles, and they were quickly joined by Noah, Nick, Sharon, and Sienna. Nikki asked Noah how he was recovering, and she was happy that her family was together for the holiday season. Sienna held back, waiting in the foyer to avoid any awkwardness. Victor noticed that Sienna was alone, so he approached her and asked her to realise that his money and power funded his impressive lifestyle.
Sienna understood, and Victor vowed to keep an eye on her. Sienna's sarcasm didn't land well with Victor, so she explained herself and expressed gratitude for their helping her stay safe from Matt. She thanked him for his generosity, but he urged her to watch her step. Victor rejoined the family in the living room, and Noah finally formally met his cousin Claire. Sharon knew that Noah's recovery was aided by the positive vibes and well-wishes at his bedside.
Noah introduced Sienna to everyone in the family, but Nikki and Claire had previously encountered her. Claire wondered why she was in Genoa City, and it was clear that Sienna was uncomfortable with her new reality. Nikki and Claire were thoroughly confused by Sienna's presence, but before she could answer their questions, Adam and Chelsea walked in. With everyone there, Victor wanted to reveal the reason he asked everyone to gather at his home. He explained that someone targeted their family, and it was a threat they couldn't ignore.
Nikki knew Victor had lied to her and demanded to know what had happened. Victor revealed he didn't want to worry anyone, but "Matt Clark is alive." They didn't know how he had created his new identity, and Sienna told everyone she was married to him. Chelsea wanted to know who he was, and everyone was caught up to speed. Matt had a vendetta against Nick and Sharon since high school, and they were all fodder for his revenge.
Nikki struggled to understand how this was possible. She questioned why he hadn't been arrested, but he was on the run. There was a plan to take down Matt, and although Nikki wanted them to leave it to the police, Victor refused. Nick was adamant that Matt was so unhinged he would resurface in Genoa City, even though he was a wanted man.
Claire took off because she planned on attending the launch party. Nick, Sharon, Noah, and Sienna also left to get settled in. Chelsea inquired if Noah and Sienna were romantically involved, but Victor didn't confirm. Nikki wondered if Victor would make an appearance at the launch party. He surprised her by declaring, "I have more important things to do."
Nikki was highly displeased that Victor had kept such important information from her. She asked him to come clean with her, even though he denied having any additional secrets. Adam and Chelsea planned to attend the event, and they promised to fill Victor in on the monumental occasion. With Nikki and Chelsea out of the room, Victor asked Adam if he was ready to unleash the software on Jabot. The launch party was the perfect distraction to destroy Jack's company from the inside out.
Adam had second thoughts about going after Jack, and despite him being the investor for Abbott Communications, he wasn't sure it was the best course of action. Victor received a call from Michael, who had news for him that would be a game-changer. Jabot wasn't the sitting duck that Victor believed it to be. He told Adam that Jack made countermeasures to avoid being decimated by his company, doing so by shutting it down.
Noah and Sienna arrived at Sharon's house, and Sienna found it to be more welcoming than Victor's estate. Sharon offered to get them something to eat, and they both were starving. Sienna tried her best to settle in and get comfortable, but the family vibe was a bit unfamiliar to her. She admitted that she felt like an outsider, although she knew there was tension, mostly coming from Nikki's direction.
Noah asked Sienna not to worry because once she got to know them, she might change her mind. She was grateful to be kept safe while Matt was on the run, but she wasn't sure if it was the correct choice. Still, Noah assured her that she was in good hands, and the two shared a kiss, as a visibly shocked Sharon looked on. Nick walked in with an update from ranch security, who assured everyone's safety.
Nick asked Noah to come with him so they could devise a plan to divert Matt's attention if he showed up. Once they departed, Sienna expressed that she knew her presence was awkward and that she had never known Matt was responsible for such horrific actions toward Sharon and her family. With the ladies being alone to chat in private, Sharon told Sienna, "I think it's time that we get a few things straight."
At the GCAC, Noah and Nick reserved a room under her and Sienna's name, so Matt would assume they were there and make a misstep. However, Audra came down the stairs before they left, locking eyes with the man she used to be in love with.
