Welcome to the Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on Beyond the Gates

Well, today was a big day on BTG, we got some real meaty additions to some storylines, let's analyse this now! So the new client at Bill’s law firm turns out to be an accomplice of Hayley’s. And there was something in the snarky way she talked to Hayley that suggested that, yes, they knew each other from the past, but they didn't have the best relationship. And we learnt a cool new detail. We learned Hayley's real name. She has been masquerading around Fairmont Crest all this time under the guise of Hayley, but her real name is Val. Is this new lady, Lynette, if that’s her real name, going to keep quiet about who Hayley is? Or is she going to leverage that to further her own agenda at Hayley and Randy’s expense?

And Anita needed a biopsy done. The holiday spoilers suggest that a health crisis will have the Duprees scrambling and reeling. This is it, folks, not even the dulcet tones of Vernon Dupree are going to calm this situation down. Between these three things and Joey wanting Bill to run for office and giving him his full support and backing, including donations, spells trouble with a capital T for Fairmont Crest.
