What happened between The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 couple Bridget and Kyle at the reunion?

The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 released its reunion episode on July 2, 2025 on Netflix. The reunion revealed updated relationship status among the cast members. One of the couples who went through the experience was Bridget Matloff and Kyle Neal.

At the reunion, the two revealed how they have been living together since the show's finale. They shared things, including each other's habits, how they spend their Sundays, Bridget feeding crows, and more.

The reunion of Netflix's reality show featured participants returning with updates on their relationships. While most of them were still together, a few had parted ways. One of the couples who was still together was Bridget and Kyle.

Show host JoAnna Garcia Swisher introduced the couple as:

"Let's move on to a couple that brings their own distinct flavor to everything they do, and their love story is no exception. Kyle and Bridget. Give us an update."

At first, Bridget joked that she was pregnant, which everyone laughed about. She and Kyle revealed that they were "good" and were engaged. The couple also shared that they had been living together.

Sharing about how she has been "hesitant" about living together and advancing in the relationship, The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 star Bridget said:

"It's been great. I mean, I think I was hesitant just because, like, things were so good, and I didn't want to mess up a good thing. And I think I've moved fast in the past, so with our relationship, I mean...We got together quickly, but, like, I felt like we waited until we were desperate to live together."

Further, JoAnna asked what things they learned about each other and liked or disliked.

Kyle responded that they both were "type B," which Bridget also agreed with. They stated that it could be a "mess." Kyle then talked about how Bridget "leaves things" a lot, and none of them do the cleaning.

"We, like, plan cleaning, and then we, like, don't, and it's just, like, I'll find Bridget, like, lying on the bed."

Kyle also mentioned how she cooks for Bridget. They also talked about how every Sunday they "switch off." One of them cooks, reconnects, and shares about the week. Talking about them spending more time together, Kyle confessed that it made her love and appreciate Bridget more.

Sharing a funny thing that Bridget does, The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 star Kyle recalled an incident:

"She's, like...We have crows that come, so she's trying to entice them onto our patio."

Bridget added that the crows like cashews better than peanuts. Kyle mentioned how she watches Bridget looking for the birds. Listening to them, show host JoAnna said, might be one of her favorite things about them.

Ashley, who was in a trial marriage, added that Bridget was hilarious.
