The Chi Season 7 Episode 8 has left fans on the edge of their seats, with some major incidents happening to a number of the leading characters. However, one shocking incident that left fans in shock was the heated fight that took place between Emmett and Reg. By the end of the scene, fans are left wondering whether Emmett makes it out alive from the altercation.
Season 7 Episode 8 involves a lot of drama and tension. The storyline continues to expand around Reg’s return from the dead, including the involvement of police as well. Amidst all this, Damien ends up losing a bet against Reg, which is incredibly unfortunate for him since Reg is the kind of man who will take what he is owed.

Emmett is left heavily injured by the end of Episode 8 of The Chi Season 7

As the storyline of Season 7 of The Chi progresses, Damien is seen working on his gambling addiction. However, he goes against everyone’s advice and ends up spending a lot of time hanging out with Hannibal and Reg, who is notorious for exploiting people. In one such situation, Reg coerces Damien into placing a basketball bet, which Damien ends up losing. He ends up owing a hefty sum of money to none other than Reg himself, who threatens to beat him to a pulp if he doesn’t pay up by the next day.
While Damien manages to ask around and arrange $4,000 of the $5,000 that he owes Reg, the latter does not care that most of the money is returned. He sticks to his word and beats Damien to a pulp to punish him for not paying what he owes. Damien, however, manages to escape somehow and rushes to his older brother Emmett’s place.
Emmett reacts as any protective older brother, and feels very protective and angry when he sees his younger brother in that state. However, things don’t end up very well for him when he goes to confront Reg, and things end with a gunfight that results in Emmett getting shot.
However, much to fans’ relief, Emmett does not die at the end of the episode. But it is also unclear how badly he is hurt, so fans are eagerly waiting for the next episode to learn more about what happens next.
