Good Boy Episode 12 "Foul" arrived on July 6, 2025, on JTBC and Amazon Prime Video. Following the events of the previous episode, this one opens with a look into the past, showing Jae-hong as a talented discus thrower. During one of his trials, he struggled with a series of fouls.
This flashback shed light on the setbacks Jae-hong faced, just like his other teammates struggled with their own problems. The episode then jumps back to the present, where Man-sik and others are happy to have found Min Ju-yeong's hidden money.
After facing injuries, betrayals, and life-threatening situations, the team finally managed to land a major blow against Ju-yeong, proving they’ve still got what it takes. However, Ju-yeong is also someone who believes in settling the score right away.

Good Boy Episode 12 recap: Cracks start to show up in Min Ju-yeong's criminal network

As seen in the previous episode, Dong-ju and his team managed to find all the black money that Min Ju-yeong has earned so far. In Good Boy Episode 12, he's visibly furious as all the storage tanks filled with his money at the shipyard have now been taken by the police.
At the Insung Police Department, the commissioner is under pressure from the President, as he works for Ju-yeong. Meanwhile, Man-sik can’t hold onto his happiness after seeing the current situation and watching the commissioner in trouble.
Min Ju-yeong holds a meeting with other gangsters, including Leo and Drug Demon, who are now asking him about their promised money. Since Drug Demon's contract is over, she plans to move away from the criminal network, but Min Ju-yeong threatens to kill her sister.
This leads to a violent confrontation between the two, as no one seems to trust anyone now. Leo is after his money, Drug Demon is desperate to find her sister, and Min Ju-yeong holds the key to both.

Dong-ju keeps his punch-drunk syndrome a secret in Good Boy Episode 12

One of the major plots of Good Boy is Yoon Dong-ju's health, as the doctor suspected he might have punch-drunk syndrome. Dong-ju keeps fainting, and in episode 12, he couldn't pick up Han-na's call as he was about to faint.
The next morning, the two meet up outside the gym when Han-na asks if he's alright. As expected, Dong-ju keeps his health condition a secret and mentions that his reports were normal.
Min Ju-yeong hits back in Good Boy Episode 12
Min Joo-Yeong is no longer amused by Dong-ju and is now on the offensive. Furious over losing his cash, he goes after Dong-ju with full force. As Dong-ju’s punch-drunk condition worsens, his strength begins to fade, making him more vulnerable than ever.
He's beaten up by his former boxing coach, and Ju-yeong even injects a deadly drug into his body. Dong-ju is then locked inside the storage container, but thanks to Drug Demon, who left the door lock open, he escapes.
Dong-ju is drenched in blood, and while on the way, he jumps into the criminal's car. While he managed to escape, Dong-ju is framed for a knife attack. He's all over the news channels, with reporters claiming he took a synthetic drug and is now attacking people.
Man-sik, Jong-hyeon, Jae-hong, and Han-na desperately search for Dong-ju, and it is Jong-hyeon who finally manages to find him. But with the police actively looking for Dong-ju, Jong-hyeon can’t risk taking him to a hospital.
Instead, he turns to his older brother for help, who offers them a safe place and even calls a doctor. The doctor examines Dong-ju and warns that his condition is critical and he must be admitted to a hospital immediately, or it could be too late.
