Disgraced music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs and his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, are at the centre of a new lawsuit. The former couple is part of a lawsuit filed by a male escort named Clayton Howard.

Howard is suing Combs and Ventura because he alleges that working with the former couple caused him physical as well as psychological injury, mental and emotional suffering, lost wages, medical bills, as per the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Previously, the verdict in the federal case against Combs was announced on July 2. Cassie Ventura had given testimony during the trial, alleging that she was coerced into participating in drug-fueled sex sessions called ‘freak-offs’ at the behest of Combs, who threatened her with violence all through the relationship, as per BBC.

Combs was acquitted of charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. However, the music mogul was found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution, and denied bail while waiting for his sentencing, according to another report by BBC.

What Clayton Howard’s lawsuit against Cassie and Diddy entails

Clayton Howard, despite not providing testimony in the almost two-month long trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs, was frequently mentioned in court as one of the escorts employed by the music producer, who was paid to travel from New York City to Los Angeles and stay at the Four Seasons, as per TMZ.

In his lawsuit against Cassie and Diddy, Howard alleges that he began working for the ex-couple from 2009 onwards for a period of five years and participated in ‘freak-offs,’ where he was used as “entertainment to satisfy their sexual fetishes and personal ambitions,” noted TMZ.

According to Complex, Howard contracted a sexually transmitted disease from Ventura after participating in unprotected sex with her. Their involvement also led to a pregnancy, which Howard claims was terminated by Ventura without his knowledge.

Howard also alleged that he was forced to take the drug ecstasy by Ventura, noted Complex.

Clayton Howard speaks out about Cassie and Diddy

Clayton Howard, who has penned a book about his alleged ordeals, titled, Cassie: Victim or Co-conspirator, detailed the moment Cassie Ventura allegedly told him about her pregnancy. As per an exclusive report in Radar Online, while discussing Ventura’s decision to terminate the pregnancy without his knowledge, Howard wrote,

“She told me that she had been pregnant and was sure it was my child. She started to cry and said she was sorry. She claimed that she hadn’t wanted to do it. I had no choice but to forgive her.”

During a recent conversation with the outlet, Howard further shed light on his experience with Combs and Ventura. About the time after Ventura’s alleged confession, Howard claimed,

“She still had unprotected sex with me, and that was the strange part for me. I didn’t want to have unprotected sex with her; I wanted to put a condom on. But she insisted on it. She told me she was on birth control now, so we didn’t have anything to worry about… But when I left, I remember thinking to myself, for her to just get pregnant and be crying and saying it was so traumatic, to go back and do this again, I lost a lot of respect for her.”

As of the writing of this article, neither Ventura nor Combs have responded to Howard’s allegations.
