Jack Doherty is out of jail, and of course, he documented all of it.

Just hours after posting his reported $3,500 bail, the Miami-based content creator immediately hopped on TikTok to show off his return home, crack jokes about jail showers, and flaunt a shirt featuring the TMZ logo over his infamous mugshot. The 22-year-old influencer said in his video:

"I just got out of jail, guys, and I'm about to take my first shower since getting out. Jail is so freaking dirty, I didn't want to take a shower in there. And I'm just grateful to be back in my crib and able to take a shower in the comfort of my own home."

Jack Doherty shows the shower as he padded forward while flexing his black shirt with a print of his lockup shot.

In another video, he responded to a query under his pre-arrest clip, asking why he couldn't bail himself out when it only cost $3,500. Jack Doherty held up a thick stack of dollar bills in his hand, saying,

"Actually, I got out in under 24 hours, so I don't know what you're talking about. As soon as my bail was available, I paid that, like literally ten times, and on top of that, I saw like, five different videos of people bailing me out. So shout out to them."

In his latest TikTok clip, Jack Doherty is seen hanging out with 6ix9ine, who raved about the mugshot shirt.

Jack Doherty arrested for multiple charges in Florida

On Saturday, Nov. 16, Jack Doherty was arrested for drug possession and other charges after he reportedly disrupted traffic to film social media content.

According to the police, the YouTuber was taken into custody after cannabis and amphetamine were found in his possession, along with resisting an officer. Authorities said:

"The Miami Beach Police Department remains steadfast in its commitment to maintain public safety and order throughout the city—regardless of celebrity status. The Department will continue to take proactive enforcement action against behavior that endangers residents, visitors, or officers and will hold all individuals accountable under the law."

Jack Doherty was released on Saturday night after bailing himself out. He documented his comeback, writing in his TikTok caption:

"I got arrested last night and now I'm free."

In the video, he is seen holding his personal items and speaks:

"I'm a free man, baby. Let's go."

Meanwhile, in new arrest documents obtained by CBS News Miami, Doherty is caught entering the roadway and attempting to engage the police to:

"create video content, positioning himself in the middle of the roadway with passing vehicular traffic and creating a significant safety hazard."

The police issued several commands to the content creator, but Doherty refused to exit the roadway. They apprehended him in the middle of the road following his continuous refusal to comply with the orders.
