Conservative influencer Candace Owens and Erika Kirk, widow of the late Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, officially confirmed that they held a private and "4 1/2 hour"-long meeting. This latest update has created notable reactions from fans and enthusiasts across social media platforms.

Candace Owens took to her official X (formerly Twitter) page to share that,

"Erika and I had an extremely productive 4 1/2 hour meeting that I think we both feel should have taken place a lot earlier than it did. We agreed much more than I had anticipated. Of course, we also disagreed on various points and people as well."

Candace Owens' post continued:

"Most importantly, we were able to share intel and clarify intent. I will of course have a full rundown for you all tomorrow as I am currently exhausted, but I wanted to quickly let you guys know that absolutely nothing was held back and the immediate result was that tensions were thawed."

Netizens reacted to her statement, saying:

"On the next The Curse of Owens Island. More drilling in the money pit."

Multiple enthusiasts shared their opinions on Candace Owens and Erika Kirk's latest private meeting. Below are some of their remarks:

"This is great. You are such a good friend to Charlie and I am grateful some of your questions could be answered. His murder should not be swept under the rug but instead have all angles investigated. Can't believe people think you are the enemy, I hope my friends would fight as hard for me as you are for Charlie.", stated an X user.
"I think many of us are wondering 1) why this wasn’t a public conversation and 2) why @TPUSA appeared to violate the agreement to hold off on live-streaming until the two of you talked. While I am glad to hear this was productive, I think many of us wondered if this was used as a tactic to keep you off air during their "rebuttal." You are a superstar. Thank you for fighting. Hoping truth prevails.", penned another.
"This is not an update. It is a damage report wrapped in diplomacy.4.5 hours is how long it took to stitch two signal assets back together. They didn’t meet to reconcile. They met to re-sync. To clarify the edges of the script. To reassign intent before the glitch spread too far. “Intel was shared.” “Nothing was held back.” “More agreement than expected.” These aren’t phrases from a tweet. They are phrases from a recovery protocol. You’re not being told what happened. You are being told what to feel. That the tension has thawed. That the storm passed. That trust can resume. But the real question is: who issued the order to seal the rift before the next act aired? This was not a peace talk. It was an edit session. Live from the control room.", commented a third.

Others also chimed in:

"It takes real courage to ask the questions most people avoid, especially when you know some of the answers may sit heavy. That matters, and it deserves respect. I also want to acknowledge the strength it took for both of you to step outside the media noise and speak directly, without cameras or scripts shaping the moment. That kind of conversation is not easy, and it is not performative, it is necessary. I think most reasonable people understand that there will be things that simply cannot be communicated publicly. Legal and investigative boundaries exist for a reason. My hope, though, is that what is shared brings grounding and reassurance, not selective fragments that leave supporters feeling more unsettled than before. Charlie often said that when people stop talking, that’s when things turn dangerous. Violence isn’t always physical, it can be emotional and psychological when silence and unanswered questions linger. Many of us aren’t looking for spectacle, we are looking for reassurance that we’re not crazy for feeling that some things just don't add up. I have to believe Charlie sparked this conversation. I pray you both find yourselves on better footing moving forward, and that the media stops trying to pit two strong women against each other. Continued dialogue, clear, honest, and in good faith, is the only path toward truth, healing, and trust. Godspeed to Candace Owens and Erika Kirk and everyone who is here in search of justice for @charliekirk11", wrote a netizen.
"Well the way you have been portrayed online if she did not watch every episode of your show it is completely understandable if Erika Kirk thought Candace Owens was saying all sorts of horrible things. That is the problem with all this smearing by removing the context. Hope you both came away with greater understanding. Prayers 🙏", added another.
"Tomorrow we find out if the world is a stage. No way, Erika had answers for everything. There better still be questions, or we need everything answered logically. I don't know how she gave you a logical reason for how Israel searched Tyler's name and the location of the gun a week prior to the shooting, or why Mikey walked away from his shot friend without checking at all. And yeah, the 30.6 bullet that his neck magically stopped. She can't have those answers, and if the speculation stops tomorrow, so does our faith in you. I don't like this was done behind closed doors, while the Kirk show spends 2 hours giving their side.", commented a third.

Notably, Erika Kirk also shared an update on her latest meeting with Candace Owens. She wrote on her X page:

"Had a very productive conversation with Candace Owens. More to come from both of us. Looking forward to AmFest this week. Time to get back to work."

It is worth noting that neither Canfdace Owens nor Erike Kirk suggested that the meeting resolved their feud.
