Yes, Chad Franke is a realtor. American vlogger and convicted child abuser Ruby Frank's son, Chad, has tied the knot with fiancée Kamryn Elizabeth Anderson on October 12. The couple's joint Instagram post was used to announce the news by posting images from the wedding ceremony. The post features an image of the two walking down the aisle as husband and wife with the caption,

"She's Mrs. Franke now...pray for her. (white heart emoji) will post all of our amazing wedding details this week"

Chad Franke, after leaving his mother's family, remained active on his social media accounts, where he posted frequently about Kamryn, hobbies, and travels. In July 2024, he took to Instagram to announce that he had started real estate school, and by February 2025, he began working as a realtor.

"Being a Realtor has been the BEST fit for me to start off my career,” Chad wrote on Instagram. “Working with all of you and getting to know all of you personally is the best part of this. DM me for your Real Estate needs, any State!”

The Franke Family was a prominent YouTube family who ran the YouTube channel 8 Passengers since 2015. The vlog featured the life of the Mormon family through their everyday life in Springville, Utah.

In October 2024, Lifetime premiered a fictionalized version of the Franke family's story and crime titled Mormon Mom Gone Wrong: The Ruby Franke Story. This comes after Ruby pled guilty to four counts of aggravated child abuse and was sentenced to 4 to 60 years in prison.

Chad Franke is Ruby's second-oldest child and has largely remained out of the spotlight following the controversial assault case involving his mother. While speaking to Today in February 2025, Chad revealed that his mother would send him letters from prison, but he wouldn't respond.

Chad Franke mentioned that the letters "stopped on their own",

"I think her not getting a response back was a sign to her that I'm not interested in talking right now."

Chad Franke also noted that the letters have been "very spiritual" in nature,

"I don't really want her to talk about spirituality anymore, because that's something she fed me for so long in her own way. It felt like she was still trying to teach me and still trying to mother me, which really bothered me and put me on edge. The last two I recieved - and again, it's been a long time - were more apologetic and she described her healing process."

Ruby Franke is still in jail serving time for her charges.
