Online streamer Adin Ross launched his Brand Risk Boxing event on June 22, 2025. However, during the event, Ross seemed displeased when one of Kendrick Lamar’s songs was played. He said:

“Hey production. Hey production. Skip this sh*t right now. I don’t want Kendrick Lamar played at my event and if whoever f**king plays the song, you are gonna get fired.”

One of the members sitting with him said:

“Is it his walkout song bro?”

Adin Ross replied:

“No, it’s not. Thank you for skipping that.”

He went on:

“I am a loyal person to my friends, that’s all. I ride hard on my friend.”

Speaking to Kyle Forgeard on the Full Send podcast earlier this year, Adin Ross shared his thoughts about Kendrick Lamar. He commented that while Lamar had popular songs in the past, he felt Kendrick’s recent efforts were being overly praised, especially with people analyzing hidden messages in things like the Super Bowl performance.

Kyle agreed that Kendrick had a few good tracks, but compared his catalog to artists like Meek Mill, saying it wasn’t clear if he had enough major hits to stand out significantly. They both felt Kendrick focused too much on Drake through his performance at the Super Bowl instead of showcasing more of his classic tracks.

Ross believed Drake came out on top in their feud, pointing out that Kendrick’s claim about Drake having a daughter was later proven false. Kyle added that none of Kendrick’s statements had been verified.

What did Adin Ross say about the feud between Kendrick Lamar and Drake?

In May 2025, Ross appeared on the IMPAULSIVE podcast with Logan Paul and Big Mike. While discussing Drake, he said the conflict between Kendrick Lamar and Drake didn’t feel like a real feud because, in his view, it was one-sided.

He explained that if someone accuses another person of something serious, like being a predator, without proof, they lose credibility. Adin believed Kendrick’s song was built on false claims.

He also felt the tension started because Drake had been involved romantically with women linked to other artists who later turned against him. Adin Ross added:

“Wait a couple years. Wait to see what Kendrick puts out. Wait to see what Drake puts out.”

He went on:

“I mean dude, Drake is just a better artist. I can give you bad Kendrick albums, you can't give me one bad Drake album.”

Adin Ross pointed out that artists like Kendrick Lamar and A$AP Rocky once praised Drake and credited him for helping their careers, but never had a difficult relationship with Drake. Ross felt that Lamar’s beef with Drake was driven by jealousy and animosity.

When talking about Kanye West, Adin said he still respected him as a legendary musician and admired his work. Regarding Kanye’s recent behavior online, Adin said that he believed it came from frustration over not being able to see his children.

He thought Kanye felt betrayed by those around him and had reached a point where he no longer cared about public opinion, though Adin Ross didn’t fully agree with how he handled the situation.
