Rumors have it that Choi Seung-hyun, popularly known as T.O.P, is set to release his first solo album after a long break from music. Before his hiatus, Choi dropped the critically acclaimed upbeat song Doom Dada on November 15, 2013.

The hip-hop track was penned by T.O.P and released via the South Korean record label YG Entertainment. Doom Dada explores themes of Self-worth, Dominance, and Rejuvenation.

An excerpt from the first verse echoes the message

"I'm getting antsy; all you little kids go sit in the corner/ I'm a sommelier who'll change your taste/ Blow on it when it's hot/ When I toss it to you, bow your head and say thank you, hooray/ Hey, mister and sister/ I'm To-To-T.O.P; the real deal is coming through,"

It continues;

"Blow on it while it's hot/ When I rap, it's so hot/ It hasn't been that long, what to do with this burnt smell?/ You, with the sleeping cells/ Have you seen the ultimate weapon?/ The thin eardrums of the sleeping soul/ I pierce the fragile eardrums of a sleeping soul with thorns, and it blazes up/ You, with the sleeping cells"

The chart-topper was accompanied by a black-and-white-themed music video that has amassed over fifty-five million views on YouTube.
