“They are my lifesavers”: BTS' Jin talks about the group’s reunion at ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon’

BTS' Jin once again appeared as a guest on the recent episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Kim Seokjin came following the launch of his second solo album ECHO, which was dropped on May 16, 2025. Jin gave an interview and also a live performance on his latest track Don’t Say You Love Me from his new album

While talking to Jimmy Fallon, Jin also touched upon BTS reunion. He also referred to his group as the lifesavers.

“It was great to be alone. But when they come back since they worked very hard, Im going to honor them and give them great respect. They are my lifesavers, so i need to show my appreciation and take care of them” Jin said.

Fans emotional as BTS' Jin calls his bandmates lifesavers

ARMYs got emotional after Kim Seokjin referred to his bandmates as lifesavers. While some said BTS' Jin’s words carried warmth, others called the group as OT7 Family.

“But why do I feel like he’s planning something diabolical,” a fan commented.

“This made my heart ache in the softest way… Your words carry so much warmth, Jin Hyung. The bond you all share is beyond words,it’s family, it’s healing, it’s forever. We’ll honor them with you, always. Thank you for loving them the way you do,” commented an admirer.

“Oh my heart...my ot7 family. I'm NOT OKAY... I love them so much..I'm crying,” wrote another fan.

“Lemme just 😭😭. I wanna see their playful banters,” a fan said.

Another fan said that Jin’s words showed strong sense of loyalty for his fellow singers. One admirer called BTS' Jin as precious.

“Acknowledging the importance of family highlights your depth of gratitude and strong sense of loyalty,” stated an admirer.

“I have never seen other group being this in love with each other and being so outspoken about it,” expressed another fan.

“Sobbing already first thing in the morning. Jin, you are too precious and so loved by the members and Army!!,” a fan commented.

In addition to his interview, Kim Seokjin also pleased fans with his live performance on his new track Don’t Say You Love Me. The song belongs to Jin’s second independent album ECHO, which came out on May 16, 2025.

For Jimmy Fallon’s show, BTS' Jin flaunted two looks, first for interview and second for his live performance. The idol wore a navy and cream white Cardigan and black trousers from Gucci along with Patek Philippe watch. He accessorized his first look with Commes des Garcons loafers and FRED Jewelry.

The second denim look of BTS' Jin included Simone Rocha Crystal Embellished Denim Jacket and Jeans along with same loafers and jewelry pieces.
