Taylor Swift has announced that a six-episode docuseries that takes a peek into her record-shattering Eras Tour is forthcoming.
E! News has reported that the "Fate of Ophelia" singer dropped the trailer to Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era, which will be making its debut on Disney+ on December 12. The clip also features some behind-the-scenes moments with her husband-to-be, Travis Kelce.
At the beginning of the teaser, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end can be seen crouching under what seems to be the stage at one of Taylor Swift's shows. She hugs him from behind and gives him a peck on his cheek, prompting a grin.
At another point, the pair can be seen rehearsing ahead of Kelce's surprise appearance during one of the songstress' shows at Wembley Stadium in London in June 2024. In the snippet, he is carrying Swift while they're both sporting matching off-white shorts and shirts. The trailer cuts off with the two on stage in identical positions during "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart."

In her post announcing the docuseries on October 13, Taylor Swift penned on Instagram:
"It was the End of an Era and we knew it. We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the culmination of the most important and intense chapter of our lives, so we allowed filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven throughout it as it wound down. And to film the final show in its entirety."
In the video, she narrates:
"People like to talk about phenomenons almost as if it was pieces falling into place, as if it just happened," she says. "The Eras Tour wasn't when the pieces all fell into place. This tour was just when every single one of us who had done so much work pushing inch by inch to where we all clicked together. We have broken every single record that you can break with this tour. The only thing left is to close the book."
As reported by People Magazine, back in July 2024, Travis Kelce reflected on his Eras Tour appearance:
"It was an absolute blast," he said on his New Heights podcast. "It was such a fun, playful part of the show and it was like … the perfect time for me to go up there, just be a ham and have some fun — not only with [Swift]… but the crowd and really try and get everybody excited for the rest of the show. It was awesome," he added. “I didn’t disappoint Taylor, so that’s all that really matters."
As for Taylor Swift, she famously penned her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, during her Eras Tour. During a recent appearance on BBC Radio 2's The Scott Mills Breakfast Show, she opened up about how hers and Kelce's careers are similar:
"We both as a living, as a job, as a passion, perform for three and a half hours in NFL stadiums. We both do three-and-a-half-hour shows to entertain people," she said. "For him, it’s practice, for me, it’s rehearsal. For him, it’s a game, for me, it’s a show. We just call them different things. We both have teams. It’s a very similar thing.”
Per E! News, Kelce expressed excitement at being able to witness the world respond to his beau's latest project:
“It's been so fun to see everybody's reactions. We've had an absolute blast,” he gushed. “Watching her go through all of her press tour or radios and all these talk shows—she's looked amazing, sounded amazing and this album is absolutely amazing.”
