BTS' Jimin made headlines most recently for his independent track WHO after it recorded 1.7 billion streams on Spotify. The singer’s track WHO belongs to his second solo record MUSE which was put out in July 2024. Jimin’s song turned out to be the fastest song by a K-Act to accomplish this record in history on Spotify.
WHO also emerged as the sixth fastest track in history to reach 1.7 billion milestone. The song also became the third most-streamed song by a K-soloist as well as the fourth most-streamed song by a K-act.
The BTS member made the new record, while serving his compulsory term in South Korean military. Fans of BTS' Jimin were impressed with his solo track’s newest milestone. Consequently, his followers swamped the social media with their love and admiration for the idol.

Park Jimin’s WHO was released as part of his second solo album
BTS' Jimin dropped his second independent record, MUSE, on July 19, 2024. The stated album came after the idol’s inaugural solo album, FACE.
The MUSE album featured a compilation of Rebirth (Intro), Interlude: Showtime, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco), Slow Dance (feat. Sofia Carson), Be Mine, WHO, and Closer Than This.
As of this writing, the idol is gearing up for his military release after the completion of his mandatory duty in South Korean military. Jimin was enlisted in December 2023 and he will be freed in June 2025 alongside his fellow singers Jungkook, Taehyung, Namjoon, and Agust D. Only Hobi and Jin are done with their compulsory military term.
