Ye has announced that he will release at least 10 songs from his new album, Bully, this week. The news was shared by his fan account, YeFanatics, on X on June 16, 2025. He posted a screenshot of his conversation with the Runaway singer, where he said:
“Releasing 5 of the songs 2nt. Will release another 5 2mrw. And then more the next day. Still working on the album. Share this message.”
A report from HipHopDx indicated that he had previously announced his album would be released on June 15, 2025. However, it seems that he has changed the dates based on his conversation with the fan account. This delay has heightened anticipation among his fans, eagerly awaiting its release.
According to a report in Billboard, the rapper first teased "Bully" in China in September 2024 during a show. He premiered the song "Beauty and the Beast." He reportedly surprise dropped the visual album this March, releasing multiple versions. Directed by Hype Williams, it featured the record producer's son, Saint West.
His album, Cuck, was released by hackers last month. Here is what we know.
How was Ye’s album, Cuck, leaked by the hackers?
According to a report by HipHopDx, Ye’s album Cuck, which is said to be a follow-up to Bully, was leaked by hackers in May 2025. The album was uploaded to Discord, after which it appeared on YouTube and later spread to other platforms. However, it was eventually taken down due to a copyright strike.
The rapper took to his X (Twitter) account on May 19 to criticize the hackers. He wrote:
“Somebody got a drive and threw it on YouTube and said this is CUCK. What I love about getting blocked on DSPs and having songs leaked and shows cancelled is… It proves everything I’m saying and why I’m saying.”
The leak included a complete version of the singer’s unreleased project, along with several unheard tracks such as "Diddy Free," "Dirty Magazines," and "Free My Kids." Regarding a specific track called "Uncle," he stated that it is not on "Cuck" and is not about his wife.
According to the hackers, they chose to leak "Cuck" as an act of protest against the singer’s antisemitic views. They posted a message on Discord stating that the proceeds from the unauthorized release would be donated to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Recently, the hip-hop artist made headlines for changing his name for a second time. According to a report in Page Six, he has changed his name to “Ye Ye” now. The outlet stated that all his businesses, including his record label, LLC, and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc., list his new moniker under “manager or member name.”
