Sometimes it feels like Drew (Cameron Mathison) paid someone to shoot him just so he could pin it on Michael (Rory Gibson). He doesn't seem any worse the wear physically or emotionally from the ordeal (aside from the cane) and is all too eager to name Michael as his shooter or at least fake evidence to make it look as if Michael did it.

When Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) trial begins, Drew is one of he first to take the stand. Justine (Nazneen Contractor) has a very pointed question for him: "Congressman Cain, do you know who shot you?" Drew gets a smarmy look on his face as he decides what to say. If the jury is looking at his face, it's hard to think they'd believe a calculated word coming out of his mouth.

Will Drew suddenly remember something or just claim he remembers something? He has to know how convenient it would be to have a memory right there on the witness stand.

Guess who's back?

When Drew sent Brad (Parry Shen) away with a boatload of cash, we never thought we'd see him again. Or at least Portia (Brook Kerr) hoped she'd never see him again. Well, here he is, right at her hospital room door with a big smile on his face.

Brad is the last person Portia wants to see, but perhaps he can do her some good. Portia might need some more test results fudged soon. Maybe he is even back to testify at Willow's trial. At least Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) will be thrilled to see her BFF, but will he be as angry with her for faking her death as everyone else is?

Good news for Rocco?

While Willow goes on trial, it looks like Rocco (Finn Carr) will learn that he never has to go on trial, at least not for this particular crime. With Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) MIA, Justine doesn't have much of a case.

Lulu (Alexa Havins) asks Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) if things may be looking up. Does that mean Rocco is out of legal trouble for the moment?
