General Hospital YAPP Recap, June 27: Natalia joins the land of delusional women

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

Kristina and Willow have a new woman for their Delusional Women Club. Let's welcome Natalia, everyone. Willow thinks Drew Cain respects her and doesn't control her. Kristina thinks that since nobody died when she cut the brakes on Ric's car, it's no big deal. And Natalia? She inexplicably thought Sonny was joining her for this new life in Belize. Even fans are scratching their heads about this one, taking to social media wondering when Sonny ever told Natalia that he'd be joining her in a tropical paradise. When Natalia first told Marco this news, we had to go back and see if we missed a scene, but we hadn't. Natalia is as cuckoo as Kristina and Willow and would be better off in Ferncliff than in Belize. Sonny is about to learn the hard way that he misjudged this woman twice now. He trusted her with his health issues, and she betrayed him to Sidwell. Then, he trusted her to leave town quietly, but she broadcast her plans first before telling Brook Lynn that Sonny left a dirty money trail with Deception. At least we got some powerful work from Eva LaRue as Natalia realized her fantasy future was not going to come true. This broken woman has broken a lot in Port Charles since she arrived last year, and she's ready to break things some more on her way out.
