General Hospital's Kristen Vaganos celebrates boyfriend's birthday

General Hospital’s Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) has become close friends with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), but she has not had a love life since breaking up with her longtime partner, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).

However, Molly’s portrayer is doing well in the game of love, as Vaganos shared on Instagram Monday.

Vaganos wished her boyfriend, actor Nick Cafero, a happy birthday in a post. She included several photos of them together, and captioned it: “He is the kindest, most generous soul. He is so talented, hard working, and makes the best quinoa salad. He is fluent in every love language. AND he’s learning Italian! I love you Nicky, thank you for sharing your life with me.”

Vaganos’s Port Charles TV parents, Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) and Rick Hearst (Ric Lansing), weighed in with comments supporting their TV daughter. Grahn said, “Makes mama happy to see my children so happy!” Hearst, speaking like a true dad, said, “Ah. A nice Italian boy. Tanti Auguri (Happy Birthday in Italian) Nicola!”

Tanisha Harper (Jordan Ashford) commented, “I love LOVE,” while Nazneen Contractor (Justine Turner) added, “Cuteness overload.” Numerous fans and followers wished Cafero a happy birthday on the post.

According to their accounts, Vaganos and Cafero have been dating since early 2024.

Cafero has guest-starred in major shows such as Grey’s Anatomy, 9-1-1, Black-ish, and The Office. According to IMDB he is set to make multiple appearances on the upcoming show The Runarounds, which stars General Hospital’s William Lipton (Cameron Webber).

Cafero wished Vaganos a happy birthday on May 7, posting on his Instagram: “There is nothing this girl can’t do. Except maybe allow people to celebrate her on her birthday. But I’m gonna do it anyways because, the way I see it, that’s something about you that makes you all the more worthy. You deserve it all, my girl. Happy birthday! You’ll always have a spot in my sweater.”

Vaganos is nearing her second anniversary on General Hospital after taking over the role of Molly in 2023. Molly hasn’t had much happiness in that time, losing two children, her sister Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and her relationship with TJ. And it seems only a matter of time before she finds out that her sister Kristina (Kate Mansi) tried to kill her father, Ric Lansing.
