A video of Miley Cyrus and Naomi Campbell chatting at the table, while a fan approached them, has been circulating online. In the video, the fan was seen standing on the side of the table, hoping to get the singer's attention. While a few others mentioned that the event was free and was already paid for by Cyrus herself. Keep reading to know how Miley responded to the harsh critics.

Miley Cyrus responds to backlash after London meet-and-greet event

Miley Cyrus has responded to all the backlash she has been getting after her album signing event with Naomi in London. She posted a carousel of video clips from the event, where she was interacting with fans while signing their albums.

Cyrus explained in the caption:

"Vinyl signing with @naomi 💿💎 Our vinyl was originally set to drop a week later, but since we were both in London @roughtradeeast made it happen day of. I wanted to gift my Smilers an exclusive experience & unreleased vinyl to thank you for the love you’ve shown me in the UK over the years. I saw so many familiar faces & met some sweet new ones."

She added that the Rough Trade East record store has requested that no photos should be taken because of the last-minute planning. In a way, this addressed the criticism she has been receiving because of the fan who wanted to take a photo. Miley continued:

"The record store requested no photos due to the unexpected last minute turn out but we knew the night needed to be captured. Thank you @vijatm for snapping those in the moment shots. To everyone who came out to celebrate our single, we love you."

Fans in the comments have mixed opinions on how Miley Cyrus decided to handle the situation. People who attended the meet-and-greet had only nice things to say about the Used To Be Young singer, while others pushed that she should do better.
