Salma Hayek was absent from Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s high-profile wedding, while her husband, François-Henri Pinault, was among the attendees.

According to Page Six, Kering chairman-CEO was seen boarding a water taxi to attend the ceremony in Venice, Italy. He was later papped at the airport leaving alone following the celebrations.

The 58-year-old actress missed the A-List event because she was in Somerset, England, attending the Glastonbury Festival, according to Page Six. In a picture shared by Film Updates (@FilmUpdates) on X, Salma Hayek was snapped with celebrities like Anya Taylor-Joy, Alanis Morissette, Chelsea Handler, Cara Delevingne, Minke, and Malcolm McRae.

Hayek’s daughter, Valentina, also joined her at the festival. According to Page Six, Chelsea Handler shared multiple pictures via Instagram Stories, including a photograph of the mother-daughter duo with the following caption:

“Mama and da baby.”

Salma Hayek was also seen in the image carousel that the Chelsea Does star shared from her Glastonbury visit. For those unaware, this year’s edition of the five-day festival happened between June 25 and 29.

Despite the Frida actress missing the Bezos wedding in Venice, there are no reports of her fallout with Lauren Sánchez. The former journalist has time and again displayed her admiration for Hayek on social media by leaving positive comments under her posts on different occasions, according to past stories from outlets like TMZ, Hola, and Daily Mail.

Last year, during her appearance on The View, she named From Dusk Till Dawn actress among the woman she look up to when it comes to fashion,

“I really look up to women like Eva Longoria, Salma Hayek, Jennifer Lopez, Sofía Vergara — they really embrace their culture when they dress and so I think, it’s just in me.”

Coincidentally, Eva Longoria was another celebrity who was missing from Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos’ wedding. According to Page Six, the Desperate Housewives star is busy filming her CNN series, Eva Longoria: Searching for Spain. The column further reported that her husband, José Bastón, underwent shoulder surgery recently and was also missing from the celebrity-studded gathering.

Augie’s mother and François-Henri Pinault’s ex-partner, Linda Evangelista, was also among the attendees. In her post, Hayek also shared a short clip of the emotional mother embracing her son at the graduation ceremony.
