The verdict in music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex crimes trial is being celebrated by many celebrities. After roughly two months of trial, which heard testimonies from Combs’ former girlfriends including Cassandra Ventura Fine, the Bad Boy Records founder was found not guilty of the charges of racketeering and sex trafficking on July 2, as per USA Today.
The jury, however, did find Combs guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, both of which carry a maximum sentences of 10 years, noted The Guardian.

Bossie BadAzz lauds Diddy’s acquittal on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking
Rapper Bossie BadAzz, who has released tracks such as Touch Down 2 Cause Hell and Out My Feelings In My Past, took to social media to comment on Sean Combs’ legal victory. BadAzz captioned his post,
“GREAT DAY N HIP HOP diddy NOT GUILTY”
While emotionally speaking in the video posted to his Instagram, BadAzz said,
“Man, I'm so glad Diddy free, bruh. You know, the reason is, I'm tired of seeing us Black moguls get took down like that. And I'm tired of seeing us Black people go against us Black moguls like that.”
Continuing, BadAzz commented on the circumstances of Combs' trial, and added,
“If he was white, they would've had so many white people out there protesting.”
As per Complex, BadAzz also claimed that Combs was only guilty of domestic violence. He also focused on Combs’ children, and continued in the video,
“Y'all thinking about one person. I’m thinking about these seven kids who've been in my kids position. Not knowing if your daddy gon' come home or not is a burden on a child… I know his feeling right now. I’m just happy for them children.”
Yung Miami also posts after the verdict
Yung Miami, a rapper who dated Sean Combs in the past, has posted on social medis after the music mogul’s verdict.
As per Hot New Hip Hop, Yung Miami posted an Instagram story of Justin Bieber doing a finger clap. Also taking to X, the rapper posted at 11:11 am, writing the numbers “11:11” alongside heart emojis.
Earlier, before Combs’ verdict was read out, Yung Miami wrote on X,
“11:11 God Pleaseeeeeee”
Although Yung Miami did not directly mention Diddy's name, 11 11 is a 2014 album Diddy released with Guy Gerber. Some also interpret the number 11:11 as 'angel number,' believing it brings good luck.
Other rappers and producers join in to celebrate Combs' verdict
Rappers like Ralo and Fabo, along with record producer Jay Electronica, also took to social media to celebrate Combs’ acquittal in the more serious charges levied against him.
Taking to X, Ralo encouraged Combs to drop a track upon his release. He wrote,
“I know yawl hate the man, but I just want Diddy to drop a first day out song. He kinda just beat the Feds…”
Meanwhile, rapper Fabo posted a clip of Combs’ Instagram profile on his own page, and wrote,
“I had to hit my boy up #diddy”
As per XXL Mag, Fabo also wrote on Instagram,
“Free that man”
According to TMZ, rapper and producer Jay Electronica was supporting Combs outside the Manhattan courthouse on July 2, when the verdict was announced. Jay had his Great Danes by his side as he told the outlet he wasn’t surprised by the acquittal.

DJ Funkmaster Flex takes to social media in support of Diddy
Funkmaster Flex, a DJ who is also a host on HOT 97 radio, posted an image of Combs’ verdict, and wrote a lengthy message on Instagram, noting,
“I HOPE EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THIS CASE CAN NOW FIND PEACE AND MOVE ON! DIDDY HAS MADE MISTAKES… FEELS LIKE HE HAS BEEN JUDGED BY A JURY AND HE CAN MOVE ON WITH HIS LIFE…”
While emphasizing that he had an inside view of parties hosted by Combs, Flex nevertheless sympathized with the alleged victims of the mogul who testified at the trial, and wrote,
“IVE KNOWN DIDDY A LONG TIME… I PLAYED HIS PARTIES… IVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING OUT OF ORDER… THIS CASE WAS SUCH A STRECH AND WITCH HUNT…I HOPE CASSIE AND JANE DOE WILL FIND PEACE WITH THE VERDICT! diddy”
Eboni Elektra and Tiny Harris also support Combs
Eboni Elektra, a friend of Kim Porter, Combs' former partner and the late mother to some of his children, wrote on Instagram,
"PRAISE GOD...GOD'S WILL... is higher than any opinion , mistake, judgement, or gossip. If this is God's will for Puff / diddy , than that's His will. In the end, what we think does not compare to His will. WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE??? That's God's job. It's all in His hands. U never know."
As per The Shade Room, singer Tiny Harris commented on the post in support of Combs. She wrote,
"Yeah!!!!! ppl wanna charge you so bad for being freaky…nasty work!!”
50 Cent makes a tongue-in-cheek comment on Combs' acquittal
Rapper 50 Cent, who is known for his rivalry with Sean Combs, nevertheless wrote in support of the music executive after the verdict. Taking to Instagram, 50 Cent, in his characteristic style, posted an AI generated image of himself, and wrote in the caption,
“Diddy beat the Rico, that boy a bad man !”
However, 50 Cent’s praise included a cheeky, backhanded comment as well. While referring to the infamous mafia boss, the rapper wrote,
“he like the Gay John Gotti”
Apart from celebrities, Combs' verdict was also celebrated by the rapper’s fans and supporters outside the Manhattan courthouse on Monday, as per The Guardian.
